After serving a two-year term as the youngest City Councilman in Titusville, PA history, Gavin now serves as President and Board Member for Healthcare4AllPA and is a current candidate for Erie County Democratic Committee (ECDC) representing Erie's Fifth Ward, 14th District.
Gavin has long been a dedicated and engaged leader throughout Northwest PA, and enjoys spending time with his dogs, his family, and his friends.

As Titusville City Councilman, Gavin:
Secured $25,000 for mental health services for survivors of violence, abuse, and trauma (Titusville News-Journal, 8/29/25)
Established the Titusville Youth Corps internship for local High School & College students to become informed and engaged through public service (Resolution No. 9 of 2025)
Decriminalized the possession of "personal use" amounts of Marijuana & paraphernalia (Council Bill No. 5 of 2024)
Partnered with HERA Property Registry to create a City-wide registration program to hold banks accountable for their foreclosed properties (Council Bill No. 4 of 2024)
Cut red tape for local farmers & artisans to sell their products within the City limits (Council Bill No. 2 of 2024)
Created a City Finance Committee to promote fiscal responsibility & government transparency (Council Bill No. 7 of 2025)
Wrote & passed the City's first Emergency Operations Plan in more than 20 years (Resolution No. 33 of 2025)
Raised more than $5,000 for ASD Communication Boards for the City's public parks & playgrounds (Resolution No. 18 of 2025)
Introduced the City's first policy regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in government functions
